Seguradora Meetlife e Oney- cobrança abusiva

A Empresa Meetlife fez-me um contato telefónico em agosto de 2021 publicitando um seguro de saúde. Nesse contacto foi-me dito que seria enviado um email com as condições de um seguro para avaliar uma possível adesão ao mesmo.Verifiquei em setembro que me estava ser cobrado através do cartão ONEY a quantia de7,64 euros mensais.Esta cobrança é abusiva uma vez que não subscrevi nenhum seguro nem tão puco recebi o referido email.Contactei ambas as empresas (Meetlife e Oney) e não obtive resposta ou resposta satisfatórias. A Meetlife não respondeu e a Oney diz que recebeu instruções da Meetlife para cobrar o seguro.Não compreendo como uma empresa pode tirar dinheiro da conta dos clientes sem autorização. Eu subscrevi o cartão Oney/Jumbo mas isso não deveria permitir que me tirassem dinheiro da conta sem autorização

Falei com a vossa colaboradora Inês Fernandes. Solicitei a gravação da chamada telefónica efetuada em agosto. Fui informada que esse pedido demoraria algum tempo. Boa noite.Agradeço a vossa resposta, só lamento que seja vazia de conteúdo. Já referi que não quis nenhum seguro, que não dei autorização para o seguro. E mesmo assim cobraram mesalidade.Se querem resolver o problema, devolvam o dinheiro.
