Foram adquiridos na loja GEOX do Dolce vita tejo uns sapatos de criança, GEOX AMPHIBIOX por serem indicados para usar no inverno (chuva). Os sapatos foram usados 3 vezes e nessas 3 vezes a criança caiu sempre que pisou chão molhado. (Calçada portuguesa, chão de shopping, etc).Tratando-se de um sapato de inverno era expectável um comportamento em piso molhado adequado. Foi feita a reclamação na loja que ficou com os sapatos para análise. Passados 4 dias informam que o sapato não apresenta defeito e que não se tratando de um sapato antiderrapante o facto de escorregar era normal. O facto de não ser antiderrapante não justifica o facto do sapato escorregar e comprometer a segurança e a integridade física de quem o usa. Por esse motivo, solicito que o dinheiro seja devolvido uma vez que os sapatos NÃO são adequados para usar no inverno.

Were acquired in GEOX store in Dolce Vita Tejo (Lisbon) children's shoes, GEOX AMPHIBIOX to be suitable for use in winter (with rain). The shoes have been used 3 times and those 3 times the child fell when stepped on wet ground. (English Promenade, shopping floor, etc.). Since this is a winter shoe was expected different behavior in suitable wet. the complaint was made in the store and they got the shoes for analysis. After 4 days the store informs us that the shoe does not defective and if it is not an anti-slip shoe to slip that was "normal". The fact that it is non-slip does not justify the fact that the shoe slip and compromise the safety and physical integrity of those who use it. Therefore, I request that the money be returned once the shoes are NOT suitable for use in winter.
