I hired an appliance repair technician (Miguel, phone number +351 934 419 686) on February 10th to repair a dishwasher where the detergent dispenser does not open.
Since that date, the technician has made multiple visits but has not repaired the appliance. He repeatedly asked me to run different programs without resolving the issue and stated he would order a replacement part, which has not been done.
Communication has become irregular, and as of now, the issue remains unresolved after more than one month.
I consider the service not provided within a reasonable timeframe and not performed with due competence. I request appropriate action and, if applicable, a refund of any amounts paid.
