I have contacted the booking company and Oi Tours Transfer to request a refund for a cancelled Airport Transfer, and this has been denied. Under EU Law the customer has 14 day cooling off period where a cancellation or refund can be requested without charges. I also offered to take a credit amount to use on another trip, but this was also denied.
