I purchased a 5-year domain registration (kuraclean.pt) from pt.pt Registry for €76.50 on 15 July 2026. The domain was removed on 27 July 2026 without specific opportunity to correct alleged deficiencies.
pt.pt has refused to refund for the undelivered service. I have:
Responded to their data validation request (17 July 2026)
Sent a formal legal demand for refund (31 July 2026)
Sent three follow-up emails requesting refund
All requests have been ignored.
This violates EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) which requires refund when a service is not delivered. pt.pt's internal "no refund" policy cannot override EU consumer protection law.
What I want: Full refund of €76.50
