Prezados, Venho por meio deste, solicitar ajuda relativamente a: No dia 5/10/23 tentamos fazer uma reserva online no estacionamento do Aeroporto do Porto, para o veículo Mercedes CLA - AZ-24-ID, para o dia 25/10/23 até 29/10/23. Referência da comora: COMPRA 3485 WWW ANA PT LISBOA. Na primeira tentativa, a reserva foi paga com um cartao de crédito, mas a pagina ficou em branco e não retornou o recibo e também não retornou o e-mail com a referida reserva. Achamos que tinha sido problema com o cartao de crédito e fizemos nova tentativa com o pagamento efetuado com cartao de débito. No entanto, o mesmo problema ocorreu, página ficou em branco e não finalizou a reserva. No entanto, houve 2 cobranças no valor de 34,20€ no cartao de crédito e uma cobrança de igual valor no cartão de débito. Liguei para o estacionamento e fui informada que o valor retornaria para a conta em 72 horas, o qual não ocorreu. Foi enviado e-mail para o atendimento ao cliente, recebemos a resposta de que o departamento responsável entraria em contato, o que também não ocorreu. Fizemos nova ligação hoje 16/10/23 e fomos que temos que aguardar, porém sem prazo para resolver nossa situação. Queremos a devolução de 102,60€. Obrigada ONSolução pretendidaReembolso: € 106,20
