On July 14th, I bought a pair of sneakers from the "Sportino" store. My daughter tried them on and decided to leave the store in them. But when we got home, she rubbed her feet a lot. The size turned out to be too small for her. The receipt clearly stated that I could exchange the product within 15 days of purchase. On July 18th, I went to the store with a receipt for the product to exchange the sneakers for a larger size.
The store clerk refused to replace the product because my daughter was walking down the street in these sneakers. This is true, but the sneakers were not damaged in any way. There is no defect in them. I consider this to be illegal actions, because the goods are not damaged. And we would not check them in any other way than by walking in the sneakers for a certain period of time. Please replace the goods with a larger size.
