After making an order on your site, on the 8th June 2023, and having made the payment, and after receiving the order confirmation from your company, I have not yet been able to track the shipment of the product. After trying to get information from you, I did not receive any response, nor I have receive the product. I demand that my money be restored or the product reshipped.
