Complaint Regarding Overpayment for UK ETA - Order Date 27th March 2025.
On the 27th of March 2025, I obtained UK ETAs for myself and my wife to ensure all travel documentation was prepared well in advance. I accessed your website through what appeared to be an official Portuguese government link and was unaware of the correct cost for this document.
It was only after completing the purchase that I realised I had paid a significantly higher amount, £89.50 per document, instead of the current fee of £16.
I feel genuinely aggrieved by the amount charged. This represents a substantial difference and an injustice to those who inadvertently fall into what feels like a misleading situation.
I would appreciate it if you would demonstrate decency and professionalism by refunding the overpayment for these two documents.
