Dear Sirs, On 30/11/2025, I placed an order on Primor with store pick-up as the delivery method. The estimated delivery time was only a few working days. However, the order status has remained unchanged as “Pickup request forwarded to the carrier”, and there has been no real update about when it will arrive at the store. I have already contacted customer support through the website and form, but I have not received any reply. This situation is causing significant inconvenience, as I have a flight scheduled next Monday, and I urgently need the order before I leave the country. The lack of information and the prolonged delay are unacceptable. I therefore request: an immediate update on the real status of my order, a clear estimated date of arrival at the store, Order details: Order / Invoice number: 2003925126 Date: 30/11/2025 Amount paid: €127.98 Thank you in advance.
