We purchased a newly-built apartment from Ângulo Expectável Lda last year in September. Not to mention the completion of the project had been delayed for 8 months since December-2022 , by the time we could finally move in, numerous issues were found in our apartment & reported instantly.
After nearly a year of struggle with Ângulo Expectável Lda, they have promised to arrange fixing of issues related to the walls & the windows in coming September (yet to see if they will be coming finally!!)
However, problems related to the floors & furniture made with wood are still outstanding with no reply from Ângulo Expectável Lda at all, despite our repeated followup messages.
Being an expat, it is really frustrated to experience these kinds of nightmares struggling with the construction company for begging our own rights, which we have never encountered the same in our home country.
As according to the law of offering 5-year of warranty for newly-built property, I request Ângulo Expectável Lda to honor the maintenance services with schedules being communicated as well.
