Bom dia, Venho solicitar ajuda pois estes senhores após a remarcação do evento dois anos depois da data inicial, continuei sempre disponivel para ir ao evento contudo este ano por motivos pessoais e profissionais não me será possivel ir ao festival. Requisitei o refound pois tenho booking protection e tudo mais mas o mesmo foi me negado. Fiz uma exposição da situação mas a resposta mantém-se.Conseguem ajudar?Obrigado.

Hello,I already contacted the ticket vendor and refound identity but the answer is always the same "no". I would appreciate consideration on my request because i bought my ticket in 2020, i dont have any fault that in 2022 i cannot attend the festival. As you know there is stuff in life that i dont control and my reason is one of them.Can you please help me? Is the last you can do since we belived in the festival for 2 years straight.Waiting on your response.Thanks.
