Boa tarde eu fiz duas encomendas na wual nao fiquei satisfeita ainda contactei o apoio ao cliente da temu na qual fui tratada como um lixo e nada o fizeram mas sempre recebi saldo credito e últimamente tenho fiacado desiludida com a forma que sou yratada mas se nao me resolverem o problema eu e o meu advogado ira apresentar uma queixa na policia

Nuvei cannot refund or investigate on behalf of our merchants; they must contact us directly for a payment investigation. Please continue working with the merchant's customer support where you performed your transaction for direct assistance or a claim.
