I bought a Stellar Sphere on April 26, ORDER 4779, TRACKING NUMBER YT2311621272088934, on https://shopglowycove.com/ and since there had no contact from the company and the support address support@shopglowycove.com doesn't exist. Got an email on may 10th with another tracking number YT2301721266042393 that leads nowhere, from another email addres glowall-support@mbb-support-team.helpscoutapp.com and still nothing about my order. Tried to cancel it on the contact us page on the site, no answer. If its a scheme I would like to know how can I denounce it.
