Caro(a) Sr(a)Venho pelo presente, e na sequência dos vários emails, enviados sem sucessos, apresentar uma reclamação formal contra a Vélib Metropole, por ainda não me ter sido restituído o valor da caução no valor total de 587€, respeitantes pagamento da caução (600€) pelo aluguer de 2 bicicletas em Paris, no dia 04/10/2021, menos o tempo de utilizar (22€).Conforme a vossa política, a caução é devolvida passados 7 dias úteis, após a utilização, o que não aconteceu até à presente data.Dear Mr/MrsI hereby, and following the various emails, sent without success, to file a formal complaint against Vélib Metropole, for not having refunded the value of the deposit in the total amount of €587, concerning the payment of the deposit (€600) for the rental of 2 bicycles in Paris, on 10/04/2021, minus the time of use (22€).According to your policy, the deposit is returned 7 working days after use, which has not happened to date.
