Subject: Assistance requested – Missing parts in Brico Terra order
Hello DECO Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding a product I purchased from Brico Terra online. The order arrived with missing parts and does not match the description on the website.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times at bricoterra@gmail.com, but I have not received any response.

Images showing the parts that were supposed to be included according to the website

Screenshot of my complaint submitted on Portal da Queixa
I do not have an invoice number, but the attached screenshots provide full details of my purchase. I would greatly appreciate DECO’s support in obtaining the missing parts or receiving a full refund.
