comprei uma bota no dia 19/02 porém está com status pendente desde então,não me enviaram codigo de rastreio e espero receber esta encomenda!! OU MEU REEMBOLSO.TradeNo:WR2002191859573101 ||OrderNo:1ZX-cc0346-gs217 ||Amount:93.52EUR ||respMsg:Success Encomenda #44b638-217Venho por meio deste comunicar que fui vitima de uma fraude de um site que se diz ser da marca Dr. Martens, o site estava elaborado igual ao site sede da marca, porém com a localidade de Portugal. Como o site estava me parecendo confiável, além de demonstrar aspectos de atendimento ao cliente e etc. Efetuei uma compra de 93.5 euros com o frete. Logo após entrei em contato com o site para saber quando chegaria a bota que comprei, porém nunca obtive resposta, entrei também em contato com a filial da marca, porém também não obtive resposta.Já vai fazer um mês que comprei, decidi ligar ao meu banco para cancelar, porém me negaram.I bought a boot on 02/19 but it is pending status since then, I have not been sent a tracking code and I hope to receive this order !! As the site was looking trustworthy, besides showing aspects of customer service and etc. I made a purchase of 93.5 euros with the freight. Right after I got in touch with the website to find out when the boot I bought would arrive, but I never got a reply, I also got in touch with the brand's branch, but I also got no reply.It's been a month since I bought it, I decided to call my bank to cancel, but I was denied.
