You have repeatedly ignored our request to cancel the order while we were waiting for our products, and ignored our request asking for a refund. You have also delivered faulty items after a considerable delay and held us to ransom putting our health at risk. My list of complaints are as follows:
Falsely advertised delivery times
Delays of 2 months
Ignoring our request to cancel our order
Putting our health at risk
Delivering the wrong prescription
Refusing us a refund
Absolutely terrible customer service or lack thereof
Hiding refund information on your website (regarding customised orders)
Delivering faulty, B grade or fake product - I refer to the Persol PO3297V 95 glasses as follows (see photos https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_aA0hZuFdyZkKLDeqDlLxSrEingxIphT?usp=drive_link):
Noticeable inferior quality
The temples of the glasses, which should be hinged and flexible in the middle (the Meflecto flex system), is not featured - the arms do not bend at all which is the USP of the brand and the reason to buy Persol. Persol have confirmed our order should have this.
All the metal elements of the frame protrude beyond the level of the plastic and scratch your fingers when you touch them.
The plastic itself is not smooth around the metal elements and irregularities and bulges are visible. The temples on the inside differ in shape from the photos on your website.
Traces of milling are visible where the temples are attached to the frame.
I am thereby not only contacting Persol, but escalating my complaint to every consumer protection service. If you do not resolve our complaint and issue a refund, we will continue to pursue all legal avenues.
Please stop wasting our time and do your job as you are obliged under EU consumer law.
