According to our terms and conditions,E2. “Contractual Relationship”, most flight tickets on the platform are provided via third-party aggregators, and customers enter into a direct contractual relationship with the airline. We merely act as a platform, and we do not assume responsibility for third-party terms or the provision of airline services.
After receiving the customer’s complaint, we contacted the third-party aggregator, GotoGate, for confirmation and received the following response:
According to GotoGate, they reviewed order reference 40-633703050 and confirmed that the customer, Oriana Abreu, contacted them once on September 24th, 2025, specifically to request an invoice.
On the same day, GotoGate’s dedicated department sent the requested invoice to the customer’s registered email address.
Please find attached the invoice provided by GotoGate.
Just to confirm, as far as we can see, the customer shared the same invoice when submitting this claim to us.
Could it be that the customer is requesting a different type of invoice? This is not clearly stated, and we would like clarification on this matter.
