Dear Sirs, Sirs, On February 5th, I received a message on a private messaging app from a phone number with a photo of my niece saying that her cell phone had broken and she should save her new number. Hours later I received a message from this new number asking me to make an urgent payment. Taking care that I was doing an urgent favor for my niece, I promptly made the payment. I realized too late that it wasn't true, but I had already paid. The entity used was this financial company and the reference was to third parties who take advantage of the good faith of others. I believe these financial companies become a means for these third parties to profit from their perfidious and bad faith methods. I believe that this company that presents its name is responsible. I filed a complaint with the PSP (NUIPC 00171/25.3 PDAMD), my bank and the Bank of Portugal. Compliments.
