Venho aqui fazer uma reclamação sobre a amazon. No passado Setembro 2024 e não vim aqui logo nem sei porquê.
Eu fiz uma encomenda na qual foi dividida por vendedores, portanto recebi uma parte da encomenda e supostamente iria receber a outra parte. Mas nunca chegou a acontecer, disseram que os dois cremes, que foi o que eu encomendei, chegariam juntos e a encomenda veio vazia.
Em seguida segue o email que eu enviei para eles e as constantes respostas que foram sempre as mesmas, desacreditando completamente na minha reclamação.

So on Sunday I received two parcels with the number 402-3521504-8149956 but they came with two separate bags.
On one bag everything was ok, the product was the centella asiatic serum.
On the other bag that was supposed to be two products from beauty of Joseon but that was nothing inside.
Attached, I send a video with the package even without the Amazon seal.
