Devolução não aceite

Exmos. Senhores, Não foi aceite a devolução de um artigo, o qual expliquei que não foi usado, continua com etiqueta, simplesmente não me serve (fica largo) A empresa não criou a etiqueta de devolução manual e diz que o prazo são apenas 14 dias para devolver. Esta informação não me foi transmitida e já fiz várias encomendas com a ASOS. Cumprimentos.

There was not a solution. ASOS havent accepted any return in any way (either money, either money value) Unfortunately, I will have to stop buying at ASOS I havent felt any kind of customer understanding on this issue
