Venho por este meio expor a minha reclamação. Em Dez 2019 fiz uma reserva pela Air Malta para em Set de 2020 visitar o país. Contudo, devido ao covid19 adiamos a viagem por opção dada pela Air Malta por um ano. Contudo, como a situação em 2021 estava muito instavel devido à situação pandemica, decidimos solicitar o reembolso do valor pago pela reserva da viagem. Recebemos o email que coloco em anexo, pelo que aceitaram o mesmo. Informaram que dentro de 120 dias iriamos ser reembolsados. Contudo, isso não aconteceu, voltamos em insistir na resposta por diversas vezes, que nos foi sempre respondido para ter paciencia que tinham muitos casos. Em meados de Janeiro de 2022 voltamos a solicitar uma resposta, pelo que nos foi respondido que iamos ser reembolsado ate ao final do mês de Janeiro 2022. É verdade que isso não aconteceu e a partir dai tenho enviado mais que um email por semana, e não temos tido qualquer feedback. O que se pode fazer? Agradeço a ajuda dispensada.
