Delay in closing the service

Dear Gentlemen, As a customer with the number (31AAV270), I hereby remind you of the request to terminate my contract effective on (09/03/2025 and 11/25/2025 and 11/26/2025, and 11/27/2025 and 11/28/2025 and 12/2/2025 and also on 12/8/2025). Considering the above, I come to reiterate that the delay in the effectiveness of this termination is your sole responsibility, informing you that no penalty can be applied to me through this action.
