We would like to file a group complaint against the travel company Lusitana Sol to claim financial reimbursement for the services paid for and NOT Provided.
I traveled in Portugal on a group bus tour with Lusitana Sol company from 04-10-24 to 13-10-24. My group and I had a few very questionable experiences from legal and ethical points of view that we want to be investigated by legal authorities.
We understand that the government of Portugal is promoting Portugal as a destination to visit, live, study or invest in, and positioning tourism as one of the factors of competitiveness and development of the national economy. We would like to bring close attention of an authority to the facts of dishonest and unlawful practices of Lusitana Sol travel agency.
