No dia 25 de janeiro de 2026, tentei utilizar o site PDFLeader para converter um PDF da faculdade em texto. No site, aceitei pagar 0,95 € apenas para acesso a um único documento, de forma pontual. Não consegui acessar o documento, pois o site apresentava erro constantemente. Posteriormente, recebi uma cobrança de 29,95 € no meu cartão, valor que nunca autorizei e que não corresponde ao serviço solicitado. Entrei em contato com a empresa, que ofereceu 2 meses de assinatura grátis como compensação, mas não aceitei e solicitei reembolso. A empresa respondeu que não poderia devolver o valor, apenas cancelou a inscrição que eu nem sequer tinha consentido em criar. Contactei também meu banco (Wise/Visa), mas o chargeback foi recusado devido a alegado “consentimento formal” por parte do site, mesmo que eu não tivesse autorizado nem assinado qualquer subscrição.
