Esta empresa pede para subscrever ao portal deles, informando que seria cobrado um valor de 3€ pela subscrição, e que depois disso teria acesso a vantagens e descontos para compra dentro do portal. Porém após a realização da subscrição, eles te cobram um valor de 36€, sem que tenha dado consentimento e que sequer possa não querer continuar com o serviço. Além disso, não te deixam cancelar de imediato a subscrição, sendo necessário aguardar 24 horas para solicitar o cancelamento. Para além disso, ainda te cobram 9€ por fazer o cancelamento da subscrição, e não aceitam que seja feito o cancelamento e se recusam a devolver os valores cobrados indevidamente! Também não permitem excluir a conta do sítio.

After a close examination of the customer's request, we can assure you that our goal is to have happy customers. We have promoted membership access with a limited period and also provided a free 15Eur gift card that was sent to the user's registered email address, gift card that was redeemed by the user and added to the user account. Our platform's goal is to provide the best service and experience, so I can confirm that an initial refund of 18Eur was refunded on 03.01.2024 when the user had contacted our customer support team with the request. A further 27Eur was refunded today for the 46Eur and the user has been notified by our support department. The refunded amounts will be returned to the initial payment method used by the customer.
