Fiz uma compra online no dia 26, a mesma chegou e um dos artigos está pequeno. Iria prosseguir com a devolução quando me apercebo que me obrigam a pagar 7,99€ por uma guia para puder fazer a devolução. Uma vez que já paguei portes de envio de 2,99, acho completamente ridiculo ainda ter de pagar 7,99€ para devolver, neste caso estou a perder bastante dinheiro, é um valor muito exagerado.Sendo que a unica forma de devolver é ao perder 7,99€, parece um pouco um roubo, uma vez que nem fornecem qualquer outra alternativa. Se o meu artigo custasse 6€, seria obrigada a mantê-lo ou a gastar ainda mais dinheiro.

My complaint is about a return. I made an online purchase on the 26th, it arrived and one of the items is small. I would proceed with the return when I realize that I have to pay € 7.99 for a possible guide to make the return. Since I already paid 2.99 shipping, I think it is completely ridiculous to still have to pay € 7.99 to return, in this case I am losing a lot of money, it is a very exaggerated value.Since the only way to return is to lose € 7.99, it seems a bit like a theft, since it does not even provide any other alternative. If my item cost 6 €, I would be obliged to personalize it or spend even more money.Desired solutionReturn for a lower amount
