Thank you for contacting us.
We have reviewed your booking, and as stated in the conditions, you were required to leave a deposit of €1,615 upon arrival.
This amount should have been available on your card, and the card must have been functioning correctly in order for the deposit to be processed.
Since you were unable to collect the car at the scheduled pick-up time, the company could not hold the car for you. The car must be collected at the assigned time, and the conditions must be met in order to take the vehicle.
Since the conditions were not complied, we are unable to offer a refund.
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
