Burla Bancária através do WhastApp

Exmos. Senhores, Assunto: Carta por mim enviada à Safecharge Limited Fui vitima de Burla através do WatsApp de algúem que ser fez passar por milha filha e todas as evidências me levaram a crer que era mesmo ela. Acabei por ficar sem 900,00€ e apesar de no dia de hoje, passados dois dias o Wizink dizer que o dinheiro não foi levantado dizem que nada podem fazer, como por exemplo reter o pagamento, que tinha que ser eu a contactar a empresa Safecharge Limited. Já apresentei queixa na Policia Judiciária. A mensagem foi-me enviada do Nº. +351938260151 Assunto: Burla através do Whatsapp Fui vítima de burla através do Watsapp de alguem que se fez passar por minha filha que precisava de um pagamento de 900,00€ de um negocio urgente enviou-me as referências Entidade: 50410, da Sefecharge Limited, Referência: 662162093, Valor: 900,00€. Fiz o pagamento na Caixa Multibanco Number 0010/1495/39, da minha conta do cartão de Crédito do Banco Wizink. Pergunto se é possivel reter o dinheiro e não ser feito o pagamento, uma vez que o dinheiro ainda não foi levantado pelo destinatário e ser objeto de um roubo? porque do meu banco me disseram que apenas a Sefecharge pode cativar a importancia. Já apresentei queixa na Policia Judiciária em Coimbra, Portugal. Muito obrigado. Ficaria eternamente grato se me pduderem ajudar a resolver este Problema. Cumprimentos. I would like to know if it is possible to withhold the money and not make the payment, since the money has not yet been withdrawn by the recipient and is the object of a robbery?
