On 18 July 2023, I purchased a Lankleisi MG740 plus for 1789.99€. The order reference is #7116.
However, the item is defective: The bike was working fine for the first seven months, but starting in March, the motors intermittently stopped working during rides, even with a full battery. This issue occurred more frequently throughout March and April. Recently, the bike left me completely with no motor assistance despite a full battery and various settings adjustments. It has not worked since then.
I reported this problem to your team in April 2024, attaching several videos to illustrate the issue (ORDER #7116; 1Z41505E6898805940). Despite my repeated attempts to get support, the responses have been unhelpful. The technical department’s recommended adjustments did not resolve the problem, and the bike remains non-functional.
I demand the replacement of the defective product.
Alternatively, please refund the amount I paid or proceed with the repair of the item in question.
If this matter is not resolved within the next week, I will consider the contract to be breached on your part.
I urge you to resolve this situation as quickly as possible, or I will take the necessary measures to enforce my rights.
