Relativamente ao conteúdo da reclamação abaixo, gostaríamos de esclarecer que todos os procedimentos referentes ao controlo de fronteiras no Aeroporto do Porto, tais como o funcionamento dos sistemas, a organização das equipas de trabalho, e a gestão das filas de espera, são legalmente da responsabilidade exclusiva da PSP - Polícia de Segurança Pública e, portanto, estão fora da intervenção da ANA/Aeroporto do Porto e dos nossos colaboradores.
Dado que os factos descritos são alheios à nossa influência, sugerimos, caso considere oportuno, que encaminhe a sua reclamação diretamente para a Divisão de Segurança Aeroportuária e Controlo Fronteiriço, responsável pela gestão do controlo de fronteiras.
