Acionamento da Apólice C38136

Bom dia,Venho por este meio reclamar relativamente a minha Apólice C38136.Realizei a mesma no dia 14 de julho 2022 (se não estou em erro) relativamente ao meu cartão de crédito Bankinter.Uma das condições que me fez aderir ao serviço MetLife foi no caso de desemprego involuntário seria abatido metade do valor em dívida. Ora para meu espanto quando hoje, dia 3 de janeiro 2024, entrei em contacto com os vossos serviços visto que futuramente irei estar na situação de desempregada me foi indicado que a apólice nunca poderia ser acionada visto o meu contrato de trabalho não ser de termo Efetivo.Quando subscrevi a este serviço não tinha contrato de trabalho efetivo, algo que mencionei na chamada, ao que me foi dito que não haveria problema e a apólice seria válida na mesma.Assim sendo sinto-me enganada, visto que ando a pagar todos os meses um seguro que no momento em peço aquilo a que tenho direito (conforme me foi dito por chamada) me é negado. Gosaria de ajuda neste sentido sendo reembolsada de todo o valor que paguei até agora ou de cumprirem com a vossa palavra e acionarem a minha apólice.
