Óculos com defeito nas lentes

Os óculos comprados foram com os números exatos conforme a prescrição do oftalmologista porem o produto não corrige minha visão, precisei comprar outros óculos aqui na minha cidade para resolver meu problema e agora que peço a devolução do produto defeituoso a empresa quer cobrar o valor do frete por correio registrado pra a Italia. Solicito reembolso total do valor pago na hora da compra + o valor gasto para enviar o produto defeituoso de volta.
