I placed the order 35220105 at worten.pt on the 12th of August. The order was not delivered. I want to cancel it, but when I call to Worten customer service department they telling me, that the order is in the preparation since the 12th if August and they can not cancel it and I can not get my payment refund. I want to know what rights do I have in Portugal in this situation, when I paid the order, but the seller did not deliver it.With best regardsMikalai Miadzvedz912701686
