Dear DECO Team,
I hereby submit a formal complaint against CTT delivery service regarding a package that is marked as delivered but never arrived at my address.
Package details:
* Tracking number: YT2530300701019019
* Courier: CTT Portugal / YunExpress
* Delivery address: Rua do Professor Damião Peres 41, Apt. 91, 4100-198 Porto
* Supposed delivery date: 08.11.2025
According to the courier, the package was left at my door and recorded under the concierge’s name. However, I never received the package. I am the legitimate recipient and demand clarification on:
* What right did the courier have to hand the package to someone who is not the recipient;
* Where is my signature confirming delivery;
* Where is the code that should have been sent to me to receive the package;
* What right did the courier have to leave a valuable package under the door, exposing it to theft or delivery to the wrong location.
Leaving a valuable item in this way is equivalent to throwing it out of the postal vehicle on the street.
Due to this negligence, I demand:
1. An urgent investigation into the actual location of the package;
2. Proof of delivery (signature, photo, or precise delivery location);
3. Compensation for the value of the package and moral/financial damages caused by this negligence.
Attached documents:
* Confirmation of correspondence with the seller, who submitted an official claim to the postal service (CTT/YunExpress) regarding the missing package;
* Proof of payment and order details from the website where I purchased the products.
This situation is extremely serious. The value of the package is significant, and I am unable to obtain a refund or recover the items. I request immediate resolution of this issue.
