initiate a claim. If the merchant is unable to resolve the issue, please continue working with your bank for additional support. You can also file a police report and have them or your bank contact us, sharing the case number with our support team.
This will allow us to initiate an internal investigation and, where possible, assist in tracing the transaction. I hope things get resolved for you as soon as possible.
