Incorrect charges

Recent current failure at home was checked by local electrician to confirm that the problem was caused by e-redes and everything inside the house is good. I called e-redes who came and carried out replacement of fuses belonging to e-redes and confirmed there will be no cost for the repairs as it was outside my house. Inspite e-redes charged me €20,00 through MEO my electricity supplier. I want this € 20,00 refunded. Cumprimentos.
