Gato Preto - Não entregam encomendas

Exmos. Senhores efetuei uma encomenda e respetivo pagamento de um sofá com 5 módulos da Gama COTILLARD, no valor total de 1406,99 €, no dia 22/08/2025 na loja online do Gato Preto. Hoje, estamos a praticamente 60 dias da ecomenda feita e devidsmente paga, diversas tentatic«vas de contacto para os números disponiveis, sem sucesso, envio de e-mails, aos quais respondem sempre "Encomenda com atraso, deverá aguardar data de entrega". No entanto, e devido ao facto de ser conhecida a má situação financeira da marca, preciso da vossa ajuda para, conseguir a devida entrega da encomenda ou restituição do dinheiro. Compreendemos a frustração de estar perto dos 60 dias sem uma data confirmada. Neste momento, ainda não dispomos de data de expedição confirmada pelo fabricante. Já solicitámos expedição urgente junto do nosso fornecedor e estamos a aguardar a confirmação da nova data. Assim que nos for comunicada, informá-la-emos de imediato. Exmos Senhores, é peremptório darem uma data expectável para a entrega. Não faz sentido terem a totalidade do dinheiro do vosso lado e não confirmarem quando entregam o produto encomendado. Neste sentido, aguardo até às 18h do dia 21/10/2025 para me darem a data de entrega, e que esta seja inferior a 7 dias de calendário, caso contrário irei efetuar o cancelamento e vocês deverão efetuar a devolução dos 1406,99 da mesma forma que foi efetuado o pagamento e com um prazo inferior a 48h úteis.

Exmos Senhores, uma vez que não me foi dada uma data expectável para a entrega do sofá, agradeço que avancem com o cancelamento da encomenda e a devolução do montante total pago. Acho lamentavel que uma Empresa como o A Loja do Gato Preto obrigue os clientes a efetuarem a totalidade do pagamento dos produtos e não tenham a consideração de definir uma data de entrega.
