Atraso de Entrega de sofá

Boa tarde, A 03 de Agosto de 2025, efectuei a compra de um sofá na loja online do Gato Preto, com prazo de entrega previsto de 4 semanas. Hoje, dia 12 de Outubro de 2025, ainda não recebi o sofá, nem tenho por parte da equipa do Gato Preto a data exata da entrega. Contactei por email, mas recebi sempre as clássicas respostas automáticas, que lamentavam e assim que soubessem algo me diriam qualquer coisa. Penso que não é forma de tratar os clientes, até pelo custo que um sofá acarreta. Venho por este meio efectuar uma reclamação formal, e pretendo ser compensado pelo transtorno. Mas este é o ponto: "Fico a acompanhar pessoalmente até à resolução." Não podem dizer isso quando não há o nome de alguém que realmente fique a tratar do caso. Sinceramente, é os básicos de qualquer negócio. Obviamente que fico a esperar pelo sofá, mas realmente não consigo entender. Ainda hoje fui só site, e lá está o sofá disponível para compra. Conseguem garantir a entrega às pessoas que vão comprar, ou todas ficarão na mesma situação que eu? Incompreensível

A disponibilidade no site indica que a referência aceita encomendas; não significa stock imediato. A produção é feita por lote e o prazo mostrado é indicativo, variando com a agenda do fabricante.
