problem with Lazer fibre optic

I am a property manager, in Praia da Falesia, Acoteias, I got Lazer fibre optic connected in April 2020 for a few of my properties, the one below, Casa sonhos de Verao, in my name on behalf on my client , as she lives abroad., Lazer contract of 100mbps,fibre optic for upload & download,for 24 months and until July 2020 this has not worked, I called the technicans more than 3 times, everytime is a different excuse, my wifi is low because I dont have the newest iphone, or we must wait for the fibre to update,or i am standing too far away from the wifi box, or the equipment i use for streaming is old(brand new TV, Smart, this changed in July 2020) until I asked for cancellation after 3 months, no one came to check the line. Sometimes the line is good speed , others is not , many times in high winds, and in this 3 months because no one came to check I used another wifi from vodafone. Lazer came to check the speed once, in July, showing between 60to 80mbps, not the contracted 100mbps, but the speed drops all the time...there is no consistent speed, I have the shots from my screen from my wifi downloads which shows the speeds. the company does not want to cancel the contract and charging me extra penalty for wanting to cancel...this is very unfair and causing me extra costs for having 2 wifi supplies, and their costs is for 59.99 for 24mbps , actual average wifi speed , as compared for vodafone on Wifi , €30.00 unlimited for 75 to 85mbps, actual speed. There are other issues these few months, I got Lazer to connect my clients apartments and property, 2 other properties of the issues, where we are paying for services, and the TV is not programmed. And the technicans lied about programming services and did not , we paid for TV services since April, and only got the TV set up in July , yet paid 3 months for this.. so a pattern of lies and inconsistencies, and I am personally left put of pocket for bad services, and just messing me about!! What a mess! I have contacted Lazer on email, and after a promising start of We Will Resolve this, now every excuse they can think of, but as the technicans did not come out for 3 months, which I reported to Billy, the account manager, who signed me up. He has gone completely quiet , after all his promises, I will fix this, I will give you a good deal, I will get this and get that!! So 3 months of bad wifi and fibre , and still being charged for this, now being threatened with cutoff( what irony) I dont care to be cut off, as the system wasnt working in the first place! and now to be told I have to pay a penalty!I have asked for the fibre connection to be removed from the property, as we have had no connection since end of August, also this villa is being demolished,Villa Sonhos de Verao and did tell Billy, the account manager, before the contract was installed and signed. He assured me the account will be suspended while the building was being done. Today the Lazer router was removed, but the cable is still connected, and I am worried regarding damages with this. I have now been handed a breach of contract,in excess of €700 , I have attached this now. Please help, this is very wrong, that a big company can provide inadequate service,and continue to bully and threaten a person, by court action, yet not be liable for services not provided. Also the service I was billed for is €59,99 per month as per the facturas I have provided.On the demand note this is not so..Extra costs added on top of the original quote on the demand letter. please help me.
