Exmos senhores no dia 19/11/2025 fiz uma compra no AliExpress no valor de 218,53€. Selecionei o método de pagamento mbway para o pagamento e a aplicação gerou a notificação no MBway para autorizar o pagamento através do número de telemóvel. O pedido após uns minutos dizia voltar a efectuar o pagamento. Fui confirmar a minha conta qual o meu espanto o dinheiro tinha saído. Ao contactar a equipa de atendimento do AliExpress dizem que não receberam o dinheiro e não vão fazer a devolução, já mostrei todos os comprovativos e mais alguns e nada feito. O pagamento diz ter sido feito PPRO PAYMENT SERVICES S.A. Ninguém devolve o dinheiro o que é certo é que saiu da minha conta e alguém ficou com ele. Confirmei com o banco e tenho comprovativo. Espero que a situação seja resolvida
