payment infrastructure provider. We operate in a technical and indirect
capacity, connecting merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and local
payment methods in various countries.
We are not
responsible for the sale of the product or service, and we do not have
access to order details, delivery times, payment amounts, or commercial
conditions.
2. Have
you already completed the payment?
If your
payment has been made, please consider the following:
• The
processing time may vary depending on the payment method used (e.g., card, bank
transfer, e-wallet, etc.);
• Once the payment is confirmed, the delivery or service activation timeframe
is defined solely by the merchant;
• We recommend waiting at least 3 business days after payment
confirmation before taking any action.
3. Have
you not received your product or service?
In this
case, we recommend contacting the merchant or platform where the
purchase was made. Only the merchant can:
• Check the
status of your order
• Confirm receipt of payment
• Provide delivery or activation timelines
• Cancel the order or process refunds, in accordance with their policies
PPRO does
not have access to order details, nor are we authorized to handle deliveries,
returns, or refunds.
4. Do
you not recognize the transaction?
If you do
not recognize the charge or suspect unauthorized use of your information, we
recommend:
•
Contacting your financial institution immediately
• Requesting a chargeback and following the security procedures advised
by your bank or card provider
