I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the support provided by your team, which only sends automated messages without offering real assistance — raising questions about the usefulness of your service.
I was selling a PS4 console, with actual product photos and images showing it working. Despite this, my ad was removed three times without a clear justification, and my account was deactivated — even though I had made a €11 purchase through it. I kept reposting the ad, since your platform's rules do allow the sale of consoles.
I sent complaints via email and only received generic, automated replies — notably from Mr. Marcus, who stated he couldn’t help, claiming that the rules were broken. However, after reviewing them, I confirmed my ad was in compliance. I even sent product photos, but received no reply regarding either the ad or the €11 paid.
I am disappointed by the lack of genuine support and kindly request that my case be properly reviewed, with a clear and personalized response.
