I was accepted to a program at SHG (Swiss Hospitality Group) and paid €5,080 as half of the first-year tuition fee (€9,900). Unfortunately, my student visa to Portugal was refused, so I could not attend.
I requested a refund and provided the visa refusal letter, but the institution stopped replying. Their former representative, Ms. Sofia Furtado, confirmed that management has no plan to refund the money.
I kindly ask DECO to help me contact the institution or advise me on how to recover the amount paid.
