Exmos. Senhores, Sou cliente desde 2023 da SurfShark VPN. No dia 03 de Novembro 2025 foi-me cobrado 89,02€ sem aviso prévio para uma renovação de 12 meses, quando a anuidade que tinham vindo a pagar era em 2023 de 50,88€ e em 2024 de 51,48€. Como não estou contente com a funcionalidade dos serviços VPN e nem com o valor cobrado, pedi reembolso e abri disputa na Paypal. A Paypal não ficou do meu lado (cliente) e a SurfShark VPN não me quer devolver os 89,02€. Para além disso bloqueou-me os serviços VPN. A razão que eles dão é que só por ter reclamado junto da Paypal e junto do apoio ao cliente deles não tenho direito ao reembolso. Isso é CENSURA. Número de caso 7015704 Solicito o reembolso da quantia de 89,02€ e apelo à minha liberdade de recusa de um serviço quando este não está de acordo com as normas europeias, expetativas e funcionalidades vendidas e publicitadas. Solicito a correção imediata da situação e reservo o direito de recorrer a todos os meios ao meu alcance para obter uma compensação pelos prejuízos sofridos. Cumprimentos.

O apoio ao cliente da SrufShark continua a comunicar em modo fuga, dizendo que o problema é com o Paypal. O Paypal informou que o SurfShark nestes casos pode simplesmente acionar a opção de reembolso que fica resolvido. Por isso o SurfShark mantem a posição de que o cliente não é importante para eles.

Hi, You didn´t refund my money. You blocked my VPN service. So i request the activation of my VPN service since it has been paid on the 03 November. More then one month and i steel have no service and no money. Activate my VPN service.
