Dear DECO team,
I make complaint on Vendor Economybookings.com who did not provide the car rental service in Portugal that was agreed and paid for in advance:
1) The location for pick up of car was not Faro airport as agreed (see attached) .
2) The location for return of car was not Faro airport as agreed (see attached)
I requested vendor please process a complete refund processes immediately for booking: B31458964 as vendor did not provide the agreed service but vendor refused
Vendor did not provide me with the name of the regulator of their service as requested.
* Vendor service must meet intended purpose, it did not.
* Vendor must provide accurate and honest information about your services, it did not.
* Vendor pricing practices should be transparent and fair, without deceptive or misleading elements, it was not.
