I am writing to request your assistance in resolving a consumer dispute with a Frama Space. Im a citizen of Portugal and I live in Tel Aviv, Israel. In March, I placed an order with the business, but despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have neither received the goods nor a refund.
Below are the details of the dispute:
• Business Name: Farma Space
• Date of Purchase: March 23, 2024
• Amount Paid: 350 euro
• Attempts to Resolve: By phone, Costumer service, Social media, I even spoke with the founder.
Initially, the business assured me they would address the matter, but for the past three months, they have stopped responding entirely. I have attached all relevant documentation, including receipts, order confirmations, and communication records, to support my case.
Ever since im bagging them to solve my problem, and they keep ignoring me for almost a year.
I kindly request your guidance and intervention in resolving this matter. Please let me know if there are specific forms I need to complete or additional information you require.
