Hello,Since yesterday, I have been completely perplexed as to how it happened that my last order No. 2153 dated 02/06/2023 was cancelled.The situation is as follows: having made a purchase, I decide to wait that perhaps something else will be purchased through your service in order to arrange delivery from your warehouse to Almaty. I have been using your service since the beginning of the year. In the month of July, I contact your service in order to finally complete the delivery to Almaty, I am abroad, where payment notifications are not received, since messages about withdrawing money from the card do not arrive while roaming. I arrange delivery, pay for it, and wait for the parcel to arrive. Having arrived in Almaty yesterday, September 19, 2023, I see that my order has not yet been received. I go to your company's website to check the status and see that the order has been cancelled. I contact your support service and ask why the order was cancelled, it turns out that payment for delivery has not been made. And therefore, due to the expiration of the delivery period of more than 6 months, my order was simply cancelled. Oleg, who answers me on WhatsApp, rejects the call when I call the service. I go in and check again, it says that you can contact by phone and the service is open 24 hours a day. I’ll clarify once again why no one has contacted me since July and notified me that the payment did not go through, and after the expiration of the storage period, my paid order was all liquidated. I ask why no one contacted me? The answer is simple: this is your area of responsibility. I explain that I had no idea that the order was not paid in July 2023, since payment notifications do not arrive on the phone when roaming. But what, they simply answer me that that’s it, nothing can be done.I have a question:Why didn’t anyone contact me (in any available way and notify me) that the order had not been paid?Why did no one contact me and inform me that the storage period was expiring?Why has no one contacted me and shared that we are forced to liquidate your order?After all, the order cost money. And this is not the first order. and in general, if I knew that there was a problem with paying for delivery, I would have called or written to you myself after receiving this information.I ask you to help me understand this situation as soon as possible. OnFebruary 8, 2023 the order was delivered to our warehouse and you receiveda notification by email with the status "Received at the warehouse".On July 19, you created only the delivery and received a notification fromus with the status " Verification completed, payment is pending".You were also able to view the payment status in your personal account andbeing in roaming does not remove your responsibility to check it.The delivery was in the status of pending payment for 50 days and wascanceled automatically by our system on September 8.
