Not receiving a refund for the unused ticket

On July 14, while planning my trip from Korea to Portugal, I purchased two 24-hour passes (each €12.5) from the official Scotturb website. The passes included a hop-on hop-off bus service in Sintra as well as entrance tickets to several palaces. Up until the tour date, August 4, I received no communication from the company. When I arrived at Sintra Station, I found all the ticket counters closed. A woman, who appeared to be a staff member, informed me that due to wildfires, all tourist sites were closed from August 3 to 7. She advised me to send an email with the PDF ticket to comercial@scotturb.com in order to receive a refund. I followed her instructions. Two days later, on August 6, I received a message stating “credit card refund -25 EURO.” However, the refund never appeared. I continued waiting, but on August 14 I received another email saying the refund process was delayed due to a computer error. Now, as of August 24, no action has been taken. The complaint email I sent on August 20 was not even opened, and still no refund has been made. Having returned to Korea after my trip to Portugal, I would sincerely appreciate your help in ensuring I receive the rightful refund. What could have been a wonderful memory of Portugal—with its delicious food, kind people, and beautiful scenery—has been overshadowed by the unfairness of this unresolved issue. I am also concerned that others may have suffered the same problem. I truly hope that Scotturb does not tarnish the reputation of such a wonderful country as Portugal.
