I am urgently contacting you regarding a large order I placed with Sklum [Order N. VAGKZGTAX], which was delivered on September 9th, 2025. On the following day, while assembling the delivery, I discovered several issues:
1)One of the two Dubai armchairs I ordered arrived completely broken inside the box.
2) Out of the six dining chairs (delivered in sets of two), one set was damaged/crooked in a way that makes it impossible to separate the two chairs without breaking them (Dubai model white).
I immediately took photos of all damaged items, packaging, and relevant details, and submitted a complaint through the website (as requested by the company) complaint number 7048785 and 7048778, I requested to receive new items replacing the current damaged items (total of 3 items)
However, as of today, September 26th two+ weeks after delivery, I have not received any response from the company regarding how or when these items will be collected and replaced.
This situation is unacceptable. I urgently require a resolution, as I cannot use the set without these items.
Again I specifically, I need: 1 replacement armchair Dubai white 2 replacement dining chairs Dubai white.
I request that the company will respond with a clear resolution.
This should include either: A full refund for the broken items, or a confirmed delivery date for the replacement items.
The damaged items remain in their original boxes and are ready for collection.
