I am urgently contacting you regarding a large order I placed with Sklum [Order N. VAGKZGTAX], which was delivered on September 9th, 2025. On the following day, while assembling the delivery, I discovered several issues: 1)One of the two Dubai armchairs I ordered arrived completely broken inside the box. 2) Out of the six dining chairs (delivered in sets of two), one set was damaged/crooked in a way that makes it impossible to separate the two chairs without breaking them (Dubai model white). I immediately took photos of all damaged items, packaging, and relevant details, and submitted a complaint through the website (as requested by the company) complaint number 7048785 and 7048778, I requested to receive new items replacing the current damaged items (total of 3 items) However, as of today, September 26th two+ weeks after delivery, I have not received any response from the company regarding how or when these items will be collected and replaced. This situation is unacceptable. I urgently require a resolution, as I cannot use the set without these items. Again I specifically, I need: 1 replacement armchair Dubai white 2 replacement dining chairs Dubai white. I request that the company will respond with a clear resolution. This should include either: A full refund for the broken items, or a confirmed delivery date for the replacement items. The damaged items remain in their original boxes and are ready for collection. Hello, Today is October 13 Ive received the order on September 11. Its been a month now and still no one has come to collect the damaged items. The 3 items are in 2 boxes waiting for the collection since Sep 12. Ive contacted your costumer service only to be told that you see on the system that I canceled the collection of the items. Why would I do that? They are broken and damaged and Ive been waiting for a month why would I cancel the collection??? I then filled another form and I was told Seur will contact me for the collection. I am no longer interested in receiving a replacement I wish to receive a full refund for those 3 damaged items.

Habiendo examinado detenidamente los motivos expuestos en la reclamación, le informamos que se han generado dos nuevas órdenes de recogida con la agencia de transporte, tras haberse cancelado las anteriores por parte del cliente, a fin de que la gestión pueda llevarse a cabo en la mayor brevedad posible.
